Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged product or the product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The returned item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
  
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or made-to-order outfits.
• Altered garments.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will offer:

• A replacement (subject to availability)
• Store credit
  

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

All return shipping charges shall be borne by the client; order cancellations are permitted only within 48 hours of placing the order, subject to a valid reason and approval, while orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours, and no advance/refund will be provided once the order is placed.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
